MEDIA CREDENTIAL INFORMATION

Please read the following media credential guidelines information and then click here to access the media credential application. Applications are due on January 29. Please note that by submitting an application, you are acknowledging that all information supplied is accurate and agreeing to abide by all tournament, ATP and WTA guidelines for credential usage. APPLICATION DEADLINE
Media credential applications must be received by the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup by the established deadlines. The Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup cannot guarantee that journalists who submit their applications after the deadline will be accommodated. Applying in no way guarantees that your organization will receive credentials. Media will be notified if their credential application has been accepted or denied via email on or before February 5.

For us to process your request, you must complete the media credential request form. Incomplete forms will be returned. Please note that all credential applications must be accompanied by a 1MB – 2 MB digital photo of the applicant. Failure to attach a photo could result in a denied application.

CREDENTIAL USAGE POLICIES
Credentials must be worn at all times. Each media credential is issued specifically for the journalist who was accepted through the credential process. Any media outlets that want to change the name(s) of their credentialed journalist(s) may do so, in writing, to the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup prior to the event. Credentials may not be given or loaned to another person for any reason. To ensure a professional working environment, no children, spouses or non-working personnel will be permitted in the media facilities. Media agencies credentialed throughout the year will receive priority status. Subject to limitations, the remainder of the requests will be honored in priority order from television sports directors in the local and national media, weekly publications and radio stations attending the game in a working capacity. The Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup reserve the right to revoke any credential used by an individual not in compliance with the media facility standards, with the possible loss of credential privileges for future events for the journalist and his/her organization. The Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup are committed to providing a professional work environment for all media.

PHONE AND INTERNET ACCESS
There will be a limited amount of phone lines and high-speed Internet connections available for media use in the Press Room on a first-come, first-served basis. Journalists must supply their own network cards to access the high-speed Internet connection provided in the Press Room.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photographers wishing to cover Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and Cellular South Cup events must be on assignment from a recognized news organization and use professional camera equipment. Upon arrival at an event, the Regions Morgan Championships and the Cellular South Cup will post photography locations and restrictions, which are strictly monitored by the tournament officials. All photographers MUST check in at the Press Room each day.

SATELLITE TRUCKS
Use of satellite trucks must be cleared though the tournament and indicated on the credential request form to ensure adequate parking. Satellite trucks will have access to the stadium parking area and will not need a parking pass.

PUBLISHED MATERIALS
As a condition of receiving credentials to the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships and the Cellular South Cup, all media outlets must agree to send tear sheets, a copy of their coverage, or provide an air date and time as soon as possible during or following the tournament.

INTERVIEW POLICY
At each tournament session, a specific interview policy will be adhered to. The ATP Tour and the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour representatives will create opportunities for the media to interview players, coaches and others in a timely fashion. Any interview requests not included in the interview policy will be considered on an individual basis.
