Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic made short work of 2010 champion Sam Querrey. Stepanek took only 1:19 to walk away with the win, 7-6 (5) 6-0.

The first set started out slowly for the young American as he went down 4-1 but was able to fight his way back to a tie break. The Czech native then finished off the first set tie break at five.

In the second, Stepanek in a display of dominant tennis, ran away with the win at love. Querrey was only able to win 7 points in the second set, 2 of those in the last game.

Stepanek will face the winner of Isner and Melzer in the semifinal on Saturday.
