Where will my seat be?
Your exact seat location is not known until the order is processed not when it is taken. Seats are assigned based on when your order is received. Priority assignments are given to grand slam and weekend packages.
When do I get my tickets?
Ticket mailings begin in January 2013.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds, exchanges or replacements of tickets after an order has been placed and processed. Players and times are subject to change due to injury or unforseen circumstances. During a professional tennis tournament, you are purchasing a ticket for the match not for the players in the tournament.
How are the men's and women's draws made?
The draw is made the same way at every tournament on the ATP and WTA Tours. First, the 8 seeds (the 8 highest-ranked players in the draw) are placed in the draw: No. 1 on the first line, No. 2 on the last line, and then the others in alternating order on pre-determined lines. Once the seeds are in place, the other players are drawn at random and placed on the empty lines starting at the top and going down the draw until it is filled.
May I watch matches on other courts?
During the early part of the week, multiple tennis courts are used. Your tickets is good for all tennis matches occuring during the session. Up to three courts may be used during the day time sessions. There is only one court used during the evening and finals weekend sessions.
Will one ticket allow me to watch tennis all day?
You will need one ticket for each session. Most days have two sessions (10am and 7pm) and therefore, will require two tickets to watch tennis all day. Saturday (2/23) has three sessions and Sunday (2/24) has one session.
Does my child need a ticket?
All children need a ticket reguardless of age; however, we discourage bringing infants to the tournament.
When is my favorite player going to play?
The main draw takes place on Friday, February 15 - the Friday before the main tournament begans. Player names will be drawn and assigned to their first round match. A schedule of play will be posted each night for the following day of play.
