Where will my seat be?

Your exact seat location isn't known until the order is processed, rather than when it is taken. Seats are assigned based on when your order is received. Priority assignments are given to grand slam and weekend packages.

When do I get my tickets?

Most tickets will be mailed in early January if ordered anytime before December 31, 2010. If ordered after January 1, 2011 tickets will be mailed within 7-10 days.  Tickets ordered after February 1, 2011 can be picked up a will call.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds, exchanges or replacements of tickets after an order has been placed and processed. Players and times subject to change due to injury or unforseen circumstances. During a professional tennis tournament you are purchasing a ticket for the match not for the players in the tournament.

How are the men's and women's draws made?

The draw is made the same way at every tournament on the ATP and WTA Tours. First, the 8 seeds (the 8 highest-ranked players in the draw) are placed in the draw (No. 1 on the first line, No. 2 on the last line, and then the others in alternating order on pre-determined lines). Once the seeds are in place, the other players are drawn at random and placed on the empty lines starting at the top and going down the draw until it is filled.

May I watch matches on other courts?

During the early part of the week, multiple tennis courts are used. Your tickets is good for all tennis matches occuring during the session. Up to three courts can be used during the day time sessions. There is only one court used during the evening and finals weekend sessions.

Will one ticket allow me to watch tennis all day?

You will need one ticket for each session. Most days have two sessions (10am and 7pm) and will require two tickets to watch tennis all day. Saturday (2/19) has three sessions. And Sunday (2/20) has one session.

Does my child need a ticket?

All children need a ticket reguardless of age; however, we discourage bringing infants to the tournament.
